LDC (Dover) Ltd are looking for an Office Administration Apprentice!

We know that today was GCSE results day and formal education isn't for everybody.

We may have the answer for you. We have an opportunity for an Administration Apprentice, based here at our busy Head Office in Folkestone, learning on the job! At the end you will receive a QCF in Office Administration!

Tasks will include:

*Answering door and greeting visitors

*Assisting HR and Training administration

*Filing, photocopying and other administration tasks

*Complete financial records, entering onto the system and checking the details for each file is correct. Querying any anomalies with Managers.

*Maintaining stocks of stationery and keeping records

*Maintaining stocks of PPE and other items used within services and keeping records

*Preparing orders for services and facilitation of their quick delivery

*Usual office duties e.g. making drinks, emptying the bins etc.

*Create monthly folders for supported living clients

*Employee and service user filing (with some limits on identified services)

*Assist other administrators in office duties required at peak times

*Facilitate data backup at end of each day

*Answering external phone and dealing with queries at busy times

Due to another period of fantastic growth, we are looking for Care Assistants to join our team!

The main requirements we are looking for are: a caring attitude, up for a challenge, enthusiastic, loyal and hard working. No two days are the same so if you like variety in your day, this could be the job for you.

Duties will include: Providing support to our Service Users, helping to support Service Users in the community, holidays, domestic duties and personal care.

This is a full time position and will include days, nights, weekends and bank holidays. Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.
